By accessing, registering on, or using the aresbet website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the aresbet Platform. aresbet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the aresbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. aresbet strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the aresbet Platform does not violate any laws applicable to you.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by aresbet, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory authority.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of aresbet, or an immediate family member of such a person.

To access the full features of the aresbet Platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

1. One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active aresbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aresbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. KYC Verification: aresbet is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4. Account Accuracy: Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued ID and your payment method. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawals.
5. Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify aresbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Contact our support team via live chat or email at the address provided on the Platform.

All financial transactions on the aresbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

1. Accepted Payment Methods: aresbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as Philippine-issued debit cards. No other payment methods are accepted.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method.
3. Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your aresbet account, is strictly prohibited.
4. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. aresbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
5. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your aresbet account is considered fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
6. Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). aresbet does not accept or process any cryptocurrency transactions.

aresbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. aresbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers may be excluded from future promotions.
3. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account termination.
4. Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account balance.
5. Modification: aresbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aresbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Creating or operating more than one aresbet account.
4. Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
6. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
7. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
8. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or other players' experience.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any aresbet software.

All content on the aresbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of aresbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the aresbet Platform without prior written consent from aresbet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aresbet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

1. Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
2. Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond aresbet's reasonable control.
3. Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
4. Decisions made by you in connection with your use of the Platform, including betting decisions.

aresbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aresbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aresbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools and policies are in place to support our players:

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their aresbet account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
2. Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
3. Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for betting or deposits.
4. Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
5. Reality Checks: The Platform displays the duration of each gaming session and net win/loss information to help players stay informed.

aresbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, aresbet may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may also close your aresbet account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to aresbet's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the foregoing processes.

aresbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the aresbet Platform after the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
